Most orders ship within 24 hours for USA orders. Custom tattoo orders take 10-21 days to ship depending on receipt or artwork and payment. If an item is out of stock we will contact the customer and let you know both via email and phone.

How quick do you ship international orders?

We ship internationally on Tuesday and Thursday. However expect your orders to take from up to 30 days to receive. Sorry but it can take this long. Small orders tend to arrive in about 14 days. We now only offer Priority Mail and Express Mail as our shipping options for our International customers. This is to allow us to track your package.

Will you ship all items Internationally?

Yes we will ship all items international - However the shipping rates are only available for tattoos and stickers online. We will weigh and charge actual USPS shipping fees for all other items. You will get an email of the shipping rate before we charge you for the order.

Are your tattoos FDA Approved?Yes they are. They are safe for children over the age of 1. However if you have sensitive skin please do not apply to your face.

How do you apply a temporary tattoo?

Directions are on the back of each tattoo. It is very easy - remove protective plastic, put tattoo face down on area you want it to appear, wet the back of the tattoo completely for about 20 seconds, then carefully remove the paper if tattoo is sticking put back down and rub with wet cloth a few more seconds then try to remove backing again.

How long do temporary tattoos last?

They last typically 3-5 days but you can easily remove with baby oil or rubbing alcohol.

Can you put the temporary tattoos on anything besides your skin?

Yes they can actually be used on any hard surface like wood, plastic, ceramics, etc. To make them last a long time you will need to add a protective coating or clear spray coating.

Are your face paints FDA approved?

Yes they are FDA approved and the safest product on the market. They are also easy to remove with soap & water. They also do not contain Latex.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Google Pay, Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Money Orders. Please print your confirmation page and mail it with a Money Order Payment.

What is the best shipping method to choose?

We offer many shipping choices and it depends on how quickly you need an item and how large the order. For the Larger orders I would choose UPS because your order is insured. For all other order the USPS First Class or Priority Mail is excellent choice for fast home delivery.

Do you put tracking on all packages?

Yes we do track all shipments with USPS, Fedex and UPS.

Is your website secure?

Yes it is. We know there are lots of people who worry about the security of internet sales therefore we offer many choices for payment. Both Googlepay and Paypal which we accept - offer payment options that do not give retailers your confidential credit card information. We also accept Money orders as well for orders. Plus we accept Mastercard and Visa for your convenience which is also secure and not processed until your order is ready to ship.
